Dr Arlette Ngepi, MD

Dr Arlette Ngepi is the lead neurosurgeon and founder of the practice. She completed her medical studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. Until 2025, she worked in the Department of Neurosurgery at Helios Hospital Krefeld, most recently as a senior functional consultant.

She has more than ten years of neurosurgical experience and holds the joint Master Certificate in Spine Surgery (OWG · DGOU · DGNC). She is also a member of the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine (WIRM), where she serves as treasurer of the Germany Chapter.

A particular focus of her work is neuromodulation, especially the treatment of chronic and complex pain syndromes. She also has extensive experience in treating disorders of the spine and peripheral nerves, as well as in interventional migraine treatment. She places great value on differentiated diagnostics, clear explanations and individually tailored treatment plans.
